Preparation
- Add the White Chocolate Chips and the Sweetened Condensed Milk to a medium saucepan. Over medium-low heat, gently stir and melt the chocolate chips, ensuring to stir continuously so nothing burns.
- Once the mixture is smooth and creamy, remove it from the heat. Gradually add the Molasses, stirring until fully incorporated.
- Add the Cinnamon, Ground Ginger, and Nutmeg, and stir until thoroughly combined, infusing it with gingerbread aroma.
- Prepare an 8×8" baking pan by lining it with parchment paper to help prevent sticking.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the lined pan, spread it to the edges, and press down gently for a smooth finish.
- Cover the pan with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator to set for at least 2-3 hours or overnight.
- Once set, cut the fudge into bite-sized pieces and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of sea salt, mix in nuts, dried fruits, or crushed candy canes. Use good quality white chocolate chips for best flavor and texture.
