  • 1 tablespoon melted butter For melting the chocolate

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Mix until thoroughly blended.
  2. Use your hands to form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Refrigerate the balls for 45-50 minutes to firm up.
Melting Chocolate
  1. Melt the chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of butter together in a microwave-safe bowl at POWER LEVEL 5 in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
Dipping
  1. Once chilled, dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate using a fork, allowing excess chocolate to drip off before placing back on parchment paper.
  2. Let the chocolate-coated balls sit at room temperature or refrigerate until the chocolate is fully set.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 weeks. Consider rolling them in crushed nuts or coconut flakes before the chocolate sets for a twist.
