Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the tomato paste, chili powder, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, sea salt, sugar, and bone broth to the cooked beef. Stir and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the liquid is mostly absorbed.
  4. Spray both sides of the corn tortillas with cooking spray and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet, allowing them to overlap slightly.
  5. Using a 1/4-cup scoop, add the beef mixture to one side of each tortilla and top with 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese.
Baking
  1. Bake the tacos for 5 minutes, then fold the tortillas over the filling and gently press down.
  2. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Serving
  1. Serve warm with your favorite toppings, or gently open tortillas to add toppings inside.

Notes

For an even crispier exterior, consider adding a pinch of extra cornstarch to your beef mixture before baking. You can also use pre-seasoned taco meat from the store to save time. Leftover tacos can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
