Hot Maple Latte
- In a mug, combine 1 – 3 tablespoons of maple syrup and 2 shots of espresso.
- If desired, add a dash of maple extract and stir well until fully mixed.
- Use a milk frother to steam 8 – 12 ounces of your chosen milk. Alternatively, heat the milk gently in a saucepan.
- Pour the steamed milk over the espresso mixture, swirling gently for a marbled effect.
- Garnish with a maple leaf cookie or a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
Iced Maple Latte
- In a tall glass, combine 1 – 3 tablespoons of maple syrup with 2 shots of espresso.
- Stir well to ensure the syrup is fully incorporated.
- Fill the glass with ice, allowing the espresso to chill.
- Top off with 8 – 12 ounces of preferred milk.
Notes
Consider experimenting with flavors like vanilla or cinnamon for a personalized twist. For a creamier option, whole milk or oat milk works best.
