Ingredients

Fudge Ingredients
  • 1 14-ounce can Sweetened Condensed Milk Adds sweetness and a smooth texture.
  • 3 cups White Chocolate Chips Creates a rich base that melts easily.
  • 1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract Elevates the flavor.
  • As needed Green Food Coloring For a festive appearance.
  • As desired Sprinkles for Garnish Optional for decoration.

Method

Preparation
  1. Melt together the sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate chips, and vanilla extract in a heavy saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring continuously until smooth.
  2. Once melted, stir in a few drops of green food coloring until the desired shade is achieved.
  3. Line a 9x9 inch pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  4. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  5. Allow the fudge to set at room temperature or in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours until firm.
  6. Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment overhang and cut into squares. If using sprinkles, press them on top while the fudge is still slightly soft.

Notes

For flavor variations, consider adding a pinch of sea salt, or mix in chopped nuts or dried fruit. Microwave option: Melt the ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
