Method

Preparation
  1. Begin by gathering all your ingredients, ensuring they’re fresh and ready for blending.
Blending
  1. To a food processor or a blender, add all of the ingredients: white beans, parsley, chives, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. If using onion powder and rosemary, include those as well.
  2. Blend the mixture for 1-2 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed. For a chunkier dip, blend for just 30 seconds; for smooth consistency, continue blending until silky.
  3. If you’re opting for walnuts, add them now and pulse the mixture a few times to incorporate the nuts.
Serving
  1. Taste your dip and adjust flavors as desired. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Serving Suggestions
  1. Serve the dip with pita chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

For a spicy kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or smoked paprika. To switch things up, experiment with other beans or add roasted garlic for a sweeter flavor.
